Our base address and what it means for coverage
The dispatch address is 1436 S Legend Hills Dr, Clearfield, UT 84015. Legend Hills Drive runs along the southeast side of the city, close to the Layton line, so Layton is the nearest large town to the base. Clearfield also has two PO Box ZIP codes, 84016 and 84089. They carry mail, not street delivery, so dispatch for drain cleaning, leak detection or a water heater repair always goes by the street address you give.
A base address matters because plumbers start their routes from somewhere. Being in Clearfield puts Layton, Sunset, Clinton and Syracuse next door, and Roy a few miles north. It does not mean a plumber is sitting at the address, since dispatch works by assigning the nearest available licensed plumber.
How dispatch reaches north Davis County and Roy
Davis County towns are served in a loop around the base. Layton lies south and southeast, Syracuse and West Point are west, Clinton sits northwest, and Sunset borders Clearfield on the north.
Roy is the exception because it is in Weber County and does not touch Clearfield directly. Sunset and Hill Air Force Base lie between the two, so a call to Roy usually travels up through that corridor on I-15 or the state routes beside it. Roy is a large town, so it gets full service and its own page.

Places we mention but do not list as towns
Hill Air Force Base sits just northeast of Clearfield and borders Layton, Sunset and Roy. It is federal land with its own housing management, so we treat it as a landmark and not a market. If you live in a home just outside the gates, our dispatch to Layton, Sunset or Roy covers you.
West Point sits west of Clearfield and uses the 84015 ZIP code too. Hooper is a Weber County city with the 84315 ZIP. Neither has its own page, so call (801) 207-7520 and ask if your address falls inside our dispatch area.
What near means when you call
Near means a plumber can reasonably be dispatched to your street from the Clearfield base. It does not mean a set arrival time, because traffic on I-15, State Street and Antelope Drive, plus whatever the plumber is already finishing, changes it hour by hour.

Why do Clinton, Sunset and Clearfield share a ZIP code?
The Post Office assigned ZIP 84015 to the Clearfield delivery area, and Clinton and Sunset are accepted place names inside it. Clinton and Sunset are separate cities, but the ZIP code covers all three.
That is why we ask for a street address and not just a ZIP when you call.
Do you charge extra to come to a town farther from Clearfield?
