Agreeing to these terms
By using this website or calling our line to arrange service, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site, and call us to talk before you book anything.
Using this website
The website is here to help you learn about plumbing problems and reach us by phone. You may read it and share links to it. Please do not copy it in bulk, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may change or remove pages at any time without notice.
Information on the site is general
Articles, symptom tables and service pages are for general information only. They are not a diagnosis of your plumbing, a legal opinion, or a promise of what a job will involve. Plumbing varies house by house, and only a plumber on site can see what is actually wrong.
Permit and code rules vary by city, so ask your local building department about requirements for your address. If you smell gas, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility before you call us.
How service is arranged
Service is arranged by phone. When you call (801) 207-7520, the dispatcher takes your address and describes the problem, then assigns a licensed plumber. Same-day appointments are offered when available, but we do not guarantee a time of arrival.
You must be at least 18 and be the owner of the property or authorized to approve work on it.
Licensed contractors and prices
We dispatch licensed plumbers to carry out the work. Where work needs a permit or inspection, it is handled as local rules require, and permit costs are discussed before you agree.
You receive a clear price before work starts, and no repair begins until you agree to it. If the plumber finds a different problem once the work is open, the new scope and price are explained to you first, and you may accept or decline. You may owe a fair charge for a visit that you decline to continue, and that charge is explained before the visit begins.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in advance. Payment methods are confirmed on the phone.
Limits on our responsibility
We work to do the job properly, but we cannot control every condition inside your walls, under your yard or in your insurance policy. To the extent Utah law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or damage that was already underway before we arrived.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Utah law that cannot be limited, and nothing excludes responsibility for harm that the law says cannot be excluded. The website is provided as is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
Links to other sites
The site may show maps or point to outside resources, such as city or utility pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking is for the courts located in Utah.
We may update these terms, and the version posted here is the current one. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
